Welcome to the Kwapis Lab!

We are located at the University Park campus of Pennsylvania State University in the department of Biology. Our lab is part of the Eberly College of Science, and we’re affiliated with the Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences.

We are interested in identifying the molecular and epigenetic mechanisms that support long-term memory formation, storage, and updating in the young brain and understanding how these mechanisms change in the aging brain.
